Practice profile

A consulting firm that also does the work

Bizztricks was built to close a gap most firms leave open: strategy in one room, accounts in another, compliance in a third. We put them in the same team. The person who structures the investment is the person who will file the form. That is the whole idea.

Advice you cannot execute is not advice. Any recommendation we make comes with a route to putting it in place, a timeline and a cost. Compliance is treated as a business function, not a formality — filings done properly protect valuations, fundraises and exits; filings done carelessly are found in diligence, always at the worst moment. If you cannot explain to your board what we did and why, we have not finished the job.

Our team includes chartered accountants, company secretaries and finance professionals based in Vijaya Nagar II Stage, RPC Layout, Bengaluru, working with growing Indian companies, funded startups and foreign-owned subsidiaries. Strategy, the finance function, tax and regulatory compliance sit in one accountable team — so founders, CFOs and overseas groups make better decisions, and then the work to put those decisions into effect.

What drives us

01   Vision

Vision

To be the Bengaluru practice that founders, CFOs and overseas groups trust when a decision has to be made and then put into effect — strategy, finance, tax and regulatory compliance handled by one accountable team.

02   Mission

Mission

To deliver work that is commercially useful first and technically sound throughout, across business advisory, virtual CFO support, finance outsourcing and statutory compliance, with named ownership, a visible calendar and a route from recommendation to filing.

Methodology

Our approach

Every engagement runs on the same four stages, whether it is a one-off structuring opinion or a multi-year outsourced finance function. We start by understanding the commercial position — the decision, the timeline and the constraints that are non-negotiable — and write that understanding down so any mismatch surfaces on day one. We then scope what we recommend, what it will cost, who will do it and when it will be delivered. If part of the work is better done in-house or by a specialist, we say so. We do not write open-ended retainers.

A Chartered Accountant or Company Secretary does the work, and a second one reviews it before it reaches you. Filings go out against a shared calendar with dates you can see, and you get a single named contact who knows the whole file. At agreed intervals we review what has changed in the business and in the regulations, and what should be done differently next cycle. You can expect a response within one business day, notice of every statutory deadlines at least 30 days out, fees agreed in advance, and a straight answer — including when the answer is that a proposed route will not work.
