These terms explain the rules of our professional relationship. By working with Bizztricks Management Consulting Private Limited, you agree to follow the guidelines mentioned below.
We will provide professional services like Audit, Tax, or Consulting as discussed. If you need any extra work later, we will treat it as a new service and charge for it separately.
To finish your work correctly, we need all the right documents from you on time. If there is a delay or a mistake because the information you gave us was late or wrong, the firm will not be responsible for any losses or government fines.
We will tell you our fees before starting. Please pay the invoices by the due date. If payment is late, we may have to pause your work. Generally, fees once paid cannot be refunded.
Your business data is 100% safe with us. We will never share your private information with anyone else unless it is required by law or you give us written permission.
The maximum amount the firm is responsible for in any dispute is the professional fee we received for that specific work. We are not responsible for technical issues or downtime on government portals (like GST or Income Tax sites).
All the reports, files, and checklists we create for your project remain the firm's property. You can use them for your business, but you cannot sell or share them with others without our permission.
Either you or the firm can stop the work by giving a written notice. If work is stopped, you must pay for all the work we have completed until that date.
These rules follow Indian laws. Any legal issues will be handled only in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
